✨✨Aloha from Maui. Welcome to Ocean Bliss Maui, a 1-bedroom, Ocean View vacation rental located directly across the street from the world’s best beach in sunny, smoke-free Kihei.

Our high-floor, fully private condo sleeps up to 4 guests, is approximately 700 to 900 SF, and features a 200 SF double lanai (outdoor deck area). The bright ocean views give a happy, airy, open feel to the entire space. It offers homestyle amenities at a fraction of the price of a Wailea resort hotel room.

There is an elevator, and everything inside is positioned to make your life easier. You have the entire place to yourself. :)

~ The Island Surf Building: Located in the heart of South Kihei on 1.5 acres of pristine Maui real estate, featuring its own dedicated parking lot. Enjoy massive, sweeping ocean views from your private lanai, including the waves rolling in, picturesque sunsets, and beautiful vistas of Makena, Molokini, and Kahoolawe.

~ Onsite Building Conveniences: Ground floor amenities include a convenience store, cafes, delis, coffee shops, beauty salons, tattoo parlors, day spas, gift shops, nail salons, beach living home decor, Maui Island Realty, Grab n Go Market, ATM machines, Fusion Beach Cuisine dining, locally made Kombucha, and a "Man Cave" store.

~ Onsite Rentals & Lessons: Rent bicycles, surfboards, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, snorkel equipment, and diving equipment right inside the building. One of the best surf schools is located just across the street for surf lessons.

~ Kalama Beach Park (Directly Across the Street): Located less than 100 yards away for direct beach access anytime. It features a mile-long paved oceanfront walkway with benches, a beginner surf break, an inline skating rink, a playground, a skate park, fields with fragrant trees and flowers, tennis courts, basketball courts, and volleyball nets. Enjoy sunning, making sandcastles, watching whales, or catching panoramic rainbow sunsets with a tropical drink.

~ Charley Young Beach: Just steps away (a couple of blocks), this beach is a popular choice for morning strolls, tanning, and snorkeling with sea turtles and colorful fish. :)

~ The Kihei Triangle & Town Center: A 3-minute walk to popular restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, shave ice, outdoor markets, food trucks, live music, pubs, and nightlife at Kalama Village and Kihei Town Center. Local eateries along the way include Three’s Bar and Grill, Kihei Caffe, Lava Java Maui, and Local Boy’s Shave Ice.

~ Regional Transit & Activities: Minutes away from Wailea's exclusive resorts, fine dining, the upscale Shops of Wailea, and award-winning golf courses. A tennis club and 80 holes of championship golfing are minutes away, and the main Maui airport is only 11 miles from the condo.

~ Ideal for swimming, lounging, boogie boarding, surfing, fishing, paddleboarding, scuba diving, kayaking, beachcombing, yoga, walking/running along the beach, whale watching, boating, and snorkeling. Do as much or as little as you desire.

~ Fully remodeled from floor to ceiling. Modern with a beachy twist!! Tile flooring throughout gives the space a clean, spacious feeling, allows for quick maintenance, and adds a beach vibe to the condo.

THE SPACE
~ Our beach condo features an "open" floor plan to experience the ocean air, views, tropical flowers, and swaying palm trees. See the ocean from the bedroom, kitchen, living room, breakfast bar, and even from your King-sized bed. ;)

~ Double Lanai: Ocean Bliss Maui is one of the only units with a lit DOUBLE LANAI accessed through both the bedroom and living room. It features an outdoor dining table for 3 overlooking the water (perfect for winter whale watching) and a separate area with a large, cushioned chair for relaxing under sunset-striped skies. ;)

~ Living Room: Features a sofa sleeper, a brand-new, huge 55" flat-screen Smart TV with Cable TV, a comfy reclining chair, two coffee tables, a floor lamp, a large dresser/credenza, hand-etched designer glass doors, and an air conditioning unit. Offers easy access to the private lanai.

~ Bedroom: Features a luxury California King bed (the exact bed used at Four Seasons), a brand-new window AC unit, tableside lamps, reading wall lamps, USB ports, nightstands, and an upholstered bench. Find plenty of storage space in the closet and the living room dresser. Offers direct access to the private lanai with ocean and palm tree views.

~ Bedding Note: Both the King bed and sofa sleeper feature high-thread-count linens and expensive, advanced zippered allergen barriers (mattress/box spring fabric encasements) that are 100% pesticide/chemical-free for complete protection against bed bugs, pollen, and dust mites.

~ Entrance Note: Please notice the separation locked door on the left side at the entrance. This door is locked and blocked off from access to our storage area and other units.

~ A+ Fully Equipped Kitchen: Features beautiful, solid wood custom cabinetry, under-cabinet lighting, granite countertops, and a custom handmade Koa wood breakfast bar facing the ocean. Includes full-size stainless steel appliances, a microwave, full oven, toaster oven, dishwasher, bakeware, cookware, a new set of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, a toaster, a Nutribullet blender, a coffee maker, a rice cooker, a Brita pitcher with filtered water, wine glasses, pool tumblers, chip clips, an apple corer, toothpicks, a popcorn machine, a BBQ tool set, and Hawaiian cuisine and cocktail recipe books.

~ Spa-Like Bathroom: Features an extra-large walk-in stone shower with glass blocks, his-and-hers double sinks, granite countertops, a makeup magnifying mirror, a luggage scale, and plenty of storage space.
## AMENITIES & CONVENIENCES

~ Fully Stocked Supplies: We happily stock ample dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. We also provide bathroom and kitchen "starter kits" containing 2 fresh rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels to save you from shopping during your first couple of days in paradise.

~ Pay It Forward Shelf: Guests are welcome to leave unused, non-perishable grocery items on our designated shelf.

~ In-Unit Laundry: Includes a private washer and dryer inside the condo, eliminating the hassle of searching for quarters or visiting a community laundromat. A separate clothes drying rack is also provided to dry items in the fresh Maui air. :)

~ Thoughtful Extras: Features two ceiling fans, free parking in the building's dedicated lot, and fast WIFI available 24/7. Also includes wall-mounted reading lights, USB charging ports, black-out curtains, a luggage rack, Maui guidebooks, board/card games, an iron and ironing board, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, a hair dryer, and a rolling laundry hamper.

~ Snorkel Gear Note: We do not provide snorkel gear due to individualized fin sizes and personal hygiene regarding mouthpieces. You can easily rent this gear right downstairs on the first floor from a professional company.

~ Rooftop Heated Pool & BBQ: Access a newly renovated, heated outdoor swimming pool and barbecue area on the roof of the second floor of the complex, featuring tropical breezes and incredible views looking out towards the water. Heated pools are very rare on Maui and typically reserved for high-end resorts, making this a real treat! Melt your stress away in the pool lounge chairs while sipping a Mai Tai in the sun. :)

## HOUSE RULES & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
~ SMOKING POLICY: NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside or outside the apartment.

~ Quiet Hours: Per Maui County regulations, quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure comfort for all residents and guests.

~ Island Pests: This is a tropical island, so pests can appear if food is left out. Please let us know if there is a concern, and we will spray or address the situation immediately.

~ Enhanced Cleaning Routine: We take extra time between reservations to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces using recommended products. Special attention is paid to keyless entry pads, light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, microwave buttons, faucets, toilets, and appliance handles to ensure a safe stay. Thank you again for your booking, we will get through this together. :)
