Your suite features an upscale beach aesthetic and offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed equipped with a high-end memory foam mattress. The mattress features an advanced, zippered allergen fabric encasement that is 100% pesticide and chemical-free, providing total protection against bed bugs, pollen, and dust mites. Everything inside is arranged to maximize convenience, providing complete privacy with the entire place to yourself. Please note that while the complex features ocean views, there is no ocean view from inside the studio itself. :)

~ Snorkeling Gear Note: We do not provide snorkeling gear due to individualized fin sizing and personal hygiene regarding mouthpieces. However, high-quality gear is available for rent from the professional shop located on the first floor of the building.

~ Rooftop Heated Pool & BBQ: Guests enjoy access to a newly renovated, heated outdoor swimming pool and a barbecue area located on the roof of the complex's second floor, where you can experience tropical breezes and panoramic ocean views looking out toward the water. Heated pools are a rare luxury on Maui, typically reserved for high-end resorts. Relax in the poolside lounge chairs and unwind under the sun. :)

HOUSE RULES & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
~ SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly smoke-free property. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the apartment or outside anywhere on the building premises.

~ Quiet Hours: In accordance with Maui County regulations, quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure comfort and peace for all residents and guests.

~ Enhanced Cleaning Routine: We dedicate extra time between reservations to clean and rigorously disinfect frequently touched surfaces using recommended sanitizing products. Special attention is paid to the keyless entry pad, light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, microwave buttons, faucets, toilets, and appliance handles to guarantee a safe stay.
